- Megan Kerrigan, Chairwoman
of the Board

Megan Kerrigan has been a part of the Operation
Fairy Dust® program since 2002 as a volunteer
and committee member and has take over the
role as President of NYBACKed, Inc. in May
of 2005. Megan oversees the planning of
the Operation Fairy Dust® event and is in
charge of creating and executing all PR
and marketing strategies as well sponsorship
development. Megan is a native New Yorker
who attended Bishop Kearny High School in
Brooklyn, NY where she currently resides.

Rashia Bell, Chairwoman of
the Board

Rashia Bell is a graduate of the Fashion
Institute of Technology with a BA in Fashion
Merchandise Management and participated
in the European fashion tour. Rashia brings
a wealth of experience within the fashion,
beauty and luxury industries from her positions
held at companies such as Mikimoto, Bliss
and Vivre.com. She is currently working
in Marketing for Victoria’s Secret Beauty
and studying Interior Design at The New
York School of Interior Design. She has
been a steady volunteer for Operation Fairy
Dust® and took on the role of Chairwoman
in May of 2005. Rashia leads the Operation
Fairy Dust® Advisory Board and Planning
Committee, maintains product contributions
and manages finances, fundraising and development.
She grew up in Philadelphia and currently
resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Emily Guggino,
Director of Technology
Emily@operationfairydust.org
Emily Guggino is currently the Vice President
of Internet Area Network Inc. a NY technology
company that provides remote access to a
company's data and communication. Emily
has recently joined the Operation Fairy
Dust® to oversee the development of the
website, membership database, and communications
of the organization. Emily received a B.A.
from the University of Maryland after studying
in both Israel and Turkey. Emily iis also
an active member of the Technology Committee
for the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce
and the American Labor Museum in New Jersey.
- Scott Botensten
Scott
Botensten is currently working as an Associate
in the Leveraged Finance Group at Deutsche
Bank. Scott has worked with the group for
four years and prior to working at Deutsche
Bank, worked as a Sales Assistant in the
Private Wealth Group of Solomon Smith Barney.
Aside from working Volunteerism for NYBACKed,
Scott reads to kids at PS 92 in the Literacy
for Kids program and works as a volunteer for ACT for Kids, NYCares, World Wildlife Fund, GenArt,
Central Park Zoo and is an Alumni mentor
to Baruch undergraduate students in the
business program. Scott graduated with
BBA in Finance and a minor in Economics
from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY and will
be attending Business School in the Fall
of 2004. Scott grew up in East Williston,
NY and now resides in Manhattan.
